Features                                                                                                      

• In order to meet the online volatile organic compounds online monitoring equipment, an online hydrogen generator is easy to operate, safe and reliable, start the power switch can produce hydrogen. Small volume, light weight, instead of high pressure cylinders, no handling work, and the instrument is equipped with automatic water supply function, so that the online detection equipment to achieve automation.
• The gas circuit is all made of stainless steel pipe (electropolishing, ultrasonic cleaning), with overvoltage protection device and two-stage purification. Unique automatic anti-return fluid device, to ensure that the instrument has no return fluid phenomenon.
• Hydrogen leakage and power off function: hydrogen flow is too large, set the alarm value 300 ZD: 150,500 ZD: 250 ml/min, reach the alarm value for 15-20 minutes to alarm start, power off.
• Simplely widened electrolytic pool, electrolytic materials choose imported special precious metals, side lying installation, put an end to the local dry burning, improve the electrolytic efficiency, constant pool body temperature, promote the service life of the electrolytic pool greatly improved.
• Output flow is stable, automatic tracking, purity does not decay, can be used for 24 hours.
• Add 100 g of electrolyte (analytical pure potassium hydroxide) for 6 months; replace a new electrolyte once a year (all electrolyte or electrolyte must be added to the pool, not to the external bucket).
• The instrument is equipped with the fault protection function of water filling system. When the instrument adds water unnormally, it will automatically power off and alarm.
