Cape-Golden's GOW series compressor for oxygen generator is designed for continuous 24*7 hours operation in the most demanding industrial and medical applications. The compressor for oxygen generator is engineered for safe, reliable delivery of high pressure oxygen as well as other clean, dry gases up to 300bar. The compressor for oxygen generator is the preferred choice for industrial and medical high pressure cylinder filling applications and can supply cylinders in 24 hours.
As 4-stage compressor for oxygen generator, the GOW series uses four stages, oil-free, single-acting cylinders on a vertical type crosshead designed crankcase. Heat exchangers, crankcases, and compression cylinders are air cooled for ease of service and installation. The crankcase is splash lubricated for durability and requires only standard automotive engine oil. The third and fourth stage pistons are free-floating, allowing easy removal and replacement of both piston and ring without removal of cylinder or piston rod. Replacement of the floating piston assembly is fast and intuitive, typically completed within just 30 minutes.
