1. How to operate & use the sampler?
1.1 Preparation
1.1.1 Checking the
Air Sampler Price operates normally and battery is sufficient. Please charge immediately if the remaining battery is less than 50%.
1.1.2 Checking the accessories are complete: sampling cylinder, sampling tube, sampling fluid.
1.1.3 Adding 3ml collection fluid to the sample tube, refrigerate for later use.
1.2 Assemble
1.2.1 Connecting the frozen storage pipe with 3ml collection fluid to the bottom of the sampling cylinder, screw it tightly closed.
1.2.2 Putting the sampling cylinder into the samper, close the upper cover, and connect the fan closely with the sampling cylinder.
1.2.3 Installing the filter hood.
1.3 Sampling
1.3.1 Turning on the power switch of the
Air Sampler Price.
1.3.2 Setting the appointment time: the time length of delayed start; Set sampling time: The period of sampling. (It usually takes 5-15 minutes to collect bacteria in the air, and 20-40 minutes to collect viruses in the air)
1.3.3 Pushing the start button, the
Air Sampler Price starts sampling, and the screen shows the sampling progress.
1.3.4 After sampling, the
Air Sampler Price stops sampling automatically.
1.4 Taking Sample
1.4.1 Taking out the sampling cylinder, rotate and unscrew the sampling tube, and cover the sampling tube tightly.
1.4.2 Making a mark on the sampling tube and keep it in cold storage.
1.4.3 The used sampling cylinder is sealed and recycled for unified treatment.
1.5 Second Sampling
1.5.1 Replacing the new sampling cylinder and sampling tube.
1.5.2 Assembling and conducting the second sampling, prevent cross contamination.
2. Caution
2.1 The sampling cylinder cannot be sterilized at high temperature, but can be sterilized with other disinfection media such as gas or liquid.
2.2 Sample tube can use the standard 5ml cryopreservation tube, size Φ15 ×60mm.
2.3 The power adapter is universal, 12.6V, 4A.
2.4 The red indicator light of the power adapter means charging, and the green indicator light means fully charged.
2.5 When the electric quantity is below 50%, please charge it in time.
2.6 Please do not disassemble the Microbial Air Sampler China casually. If there is any fault, please contact our technical customer in time.
3. Maintenance
3.1 After sampling, disinfect and clean the host surface in time.
Method: spray disinfectant on the surface of the sampler and use pure water to wipe.
3.2 After using the sampler, please turn off the power in time.
3.3 If the sampler is no use long time, it should be turn off and store at a dry place, and charged regularly for inspection.
