1. Operation & Use
1.1 Preparation
1.1.1 Check the Microbiological Air Sampler Price host, power adapter, blowing pipe, gas-liquid separation cover and 50mL centrifugal tube are complete.
1.1.2 Confirm the temperature of host has been cooled to below 4°C.

1.2 Personal Protection

1.3 Temperature Setting
1.3.1 Set the lower limit of temperature: press SET key one time, press UP and DOWN key to adjust, press RST key to confirm. When the sampler's display temperature = temperature lower limit, it will stop cooling.
1.3.2 Set the temperature return difference: long press SET key for 5 seconds, press UP and DOWN key to switch P1, press SET key to select, UP and DOWN key to set the return value, press RST to confirm. When the sampler's display temperature ≥ temperature lower limit + return difference value, the sampler will start refrigeration.
1.3.3 Restore factory settings: long press UP and DOWN key to display 888, it means done.

1.4 Assemble
1.4.1 Power on the sampler Microbiological Air Sampler Price, lower the temperature to below 4°C. Assemble the blowing pipe, gas-liquid separation cover and centrifugal tube into together, and insert into the condensing tank.

1.5 Condensate Collection
1.5.1 The object rested for 10 minutes and rinsed his mouth with water before collection.

If the object have obvious fatigue and cough, the staff should stop the collecting and let the object rest, spit, and then continue collecting.

1.6 Condensate Collecting
1.6.1 After blowing finished, take out the centrifugal tube, unplug the blowing pipe and the gas-liquid separation cover, tighten and seal the cover of the centrifugal tube, make mark, and keep it in cold storage.

1.7 Waste Disposal
1.7.1 Put the used blowing pipe and gas-liquid separation cover into in the return bag, for centralized treatment.

1.8 Repeat Collection
1.8.1 Replace the new blowing pipe, gas-liquid separation cover and centrifugal tube, to prevent cross-contamination. Repeat the above steps and collect again.

2. Caution
2.1 Please do not change the accessories casually.
2.2 Please do not disassemble the sampler casually.
2.3 Please stop the sampler when the fault occurs, and restart after troubleshooting.

3. Maintenance
