QPAL zero stage air generator

• Small size, light weight, instead of high-pressure hydrocarbon gas cylinder, no handling
• Easy to operate, high degree of automation, turn on the air source, start the power switch until the catalytic temperature rises to the set temperature can continuously produce zero-level air.
• The safety performance of the instrument is reliable, and there are two levels of ultra-high temperature protection inside, one is the ultra-high temperature protection of the catalytic temperature, and the other is the ultra-temperature protection of the catalytic box shell.
• The instrument is equipped with a two-stage filter valve, which can make the air entering the catalytic chamber dry and clean, and avoid the secondary pollution of the hydrocarbon removal air after cracking.
• All internal gas routes are made of 316 stainless steel internal and external clean pipes.
