Oxygen Compressor is composed by main engine, motor, base, piping system, cooling system and display control system.
Motion mechanism of the High Pressure Oxygen Compressor is composed of parts such as crankshaft, connecting rod, and piston crank connecting rod mechanism. By motor through a belt drive, rotary motion to drive the compressor crankshaft, drive the connecting rod, crankshaft connecting rod drive piston reciprocating linear motion, the cylinder volume changes, due to the suction exhaust valve automatically determines the cylinder process, so as to achieve the aim of improving gas pressure. The crankshaft rotates once to complete a working cycle, and the gas with lower pressure enters the cylinder through the suction port and is compressed into the gas with higher pressure and discharged for use.

When users configure the High Pressure Oxygen Compressor system pipeline, it is recommended to adopt the double buffer tank, that is, the inlet is configured with a low pressure gas storage tank, the exhaust is configured with a high pressure gas storage tank, the volume of the gas storage tank is determined according to the flow of the compressor, you can contact our technical department if necessary. To facilitate commissioning and maintenance of the High Pressure Oxygen Compressor, it is recommended that an empty bypass valve be installed at the inlet and exhaust ports.
System Flow:
The oxygen to be compressed passes through the filter, the intake solenoid valve, and enters the compressor first-stage cylinder. After the first-stage compression, the oxygen is cooled by the first-stage cooler, and then discharged to the second-stage cylinder for compression and cooling. Discharge through the check valve until the fourth cylinder is compressed and cooled. The cylinder and cooler of the compressor are cooled by water.
