Principle

Nitrogen Oxygen Plant adopts high quality imported carbon molecular sieve (CMS) as adsorbent, and separates air to produce nitrogen of different purity under the pressure swing adsorption principle at room temperature.
There are two adsorption towers connected in parallel, the Japan pneumatic valve is controlled by the Siemens PLC for automatic operation. Pressure adsorption and decompression regeneration are alternately carried out to complete nitrogen and oxygen separation, finally obtain nitrogen in different purity.
